Gabriel Morales began his career in the restaurant industry as a freshman in college in Los Angeles. He quickly discovered a passion for mixology and hospitality and spent the following 10 years working at successful venues ranging from neighborhood bars to fine dining restaurants. In 2013 he brought his years of experience to DC for the opening of Carving Room Kitchen & Bar. Since then he has served as the bar manager & beverage director of both Carving Room and CR NoMa.
When he is not working, Gabe enjoys cooking, watching sports, and taking his doggie on long walks.
