Abigail Weizmann Morales began her journey in the hospitality industry in 1990 when she landed her very first job at Burger King and she was hooked. Abi has spent the last 30 years working and managing several bars and restaurants in DC, MD, LA and Israel. Her journey has brought her to CR NoMa/Carving Room doing what she loves, creating delicious cocktails and learning all about the people who drink them. She thoroughly enjoys the wine and cocktail selection/creation and if you ever wonder about the cocktail names, just ask! The names always come from somewhere, and sometimes have a good story behind them. Working side by side with family, husband Gabriel, sister Orlie, brother Oded and sister-in-law Rachel has taken her love and passion for the restaurant/bar industry to another level.

On her off time, Abi enjoys concerts, watching the Redskins, cooking at home, road trips, visiting breweries, and exploring the ever growing local restaurant and bar scene.
